I’m Michelle. I’ve spent over 25 years working with people through the hardest moments of their lives. And for the last decade, Menopause has been at the centre of my work (not just professionally but personally).
I know what it does to a woman. I know what it does to the people who love her.
This book exists because of a man named Richard. He told me his relationship might have survived menopause if a book like this had existed. I never forgot that. This is that book. And you’re already doing the right thing by being here.

WHY THIS BOOK EXISTS

It started with a chance encounter. Michelle was chatting with a man named Richard in an online networking event. When she mentioned her work in menopause, he stopped her saying:

“You should write a book for men. About menopause.
My relationship might have survived if something like that had existed.”

Michelle didn’t forget that conversation. Because Richard wasn’t alone. In 25+ years of practice, Michelle had seen it again and again. The women were struggling. The men beside them were lost. Not uncaring, not unwilling - just lost. No one had spoken to them. No book existed for them.
